When will I receive my order?

 Please allow 7-12 business days from when the order is placed. This includes shipping time!

Can separate orders be combined after they have been placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to combine separate orders due to the nature of our fulfilment process. They will be shipped separately if they are ordered separately.

 Can I cancel my order?

 

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders due to the nature of our fulfilment process.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We ship internationally to all countries, with special reduced shipping rates to Canada and the UK!

However, we cannot ship to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea.  

Can I return or exchange items?
